Eric is a Principal at Aedas Workplace with over 25 years of experience in architectural and interior design, more than 16 of which have been with Aedas. Since joining Aedas in 2010, he has led a diverse portfolio of projects in workplace, retail, hospitality, and metro sectors across ASEAN, India, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America.
Eric brings deep expertise to workplace design, creating agile, human-centric environments that foster collaboration, innovation and well-being. Through intentional planning, flexible work models and integrated technology, he translates each client’s brand and company DNA into distinctive, future-ready workplaces that balance experience, functionality and operational efficiency while strengthening employee engagement and organisational success.
