Sun Cosmo Residence is set along the Han River in central Da Nang, between the Tran Thi Ly and Dragon bridges. The design draws its inspiration from Cam Ne village, a community long renowned for its tradition of sedge mat weaving, translating the craft’s interlocking horizontal and vertical lines into a bold structural grid that gives each tower its coherence and visual identity.
Woven into this primary grid is a secondary layer of traditional sun shading elements, adding depth and rhythm to the facade while performing a precise environmental function. The result is an elevation that rewards close reading, where the logic of an ancient craft technique becomes the ordering principle of a contemporary residential building.
Each tower sits above a two-level podium of luxury retail, with resident amenities concentrated at level three and at a mid-tower floor: a swimming pool, gym, children’s playground, garden, and community spaces positioned to serve daily life with ease. At the crown, a viewing deck and sky garden open up panoramic vistas across the city, the Han River, and the coastline beyond, bringing the development full circle to the riverfront landscape that defines its setting.
