Sun Symphony Residences is positioned at one of Da Nang’s iconic gateways where the Han River opens into the East Sea. Three 30-storey towers across plots B1-1, B1-2, and B1-3 form a total floor area of 108,184 sqm, their arrangement calibrated to secure panoramic sea views from every level.
The design takes its animating idea from the dragon, a symbol of power and ascension woven deep into Vietnamese cultural identity. The towers are sequenced in a deliberate progression from lower to taller, composing a skyline that suggests a figure in upward motion, dynamic and purposeful against the coastal horizon.
At the crown of each tower, illuminated rooftop structures glow like lanterns at dusk, evoking the luminous eyes of the dragon ascending overhead. Below, the commercial and amenity podium anchors the development at ground level, its light spilling outward and catching on the surface of the Han River, drawing the architecture into quiet conversation with the water that defines the site.
