The project is located in the west of Longgang District, in the north-central part of Dayun NewCity, one of the four new cities in Shenzhen. With the core concept of innovation and high-tech, the project adheres to the design concept of people-oriented and innovative, and portrays a future vision of office, business and dormitory with a new era.
The project is divided into four phases in total. The total GFA of the project is approx. 550,115 sq m, including Shopping Mall, Retail Street, HQ Office, Enterprise Accelerator, Intelligent Manufacturing Centre, Co-working Incubator Office, Multi-purpose service center, Sales Centre and Dormitory.
