Requirements:
- At least 4 years relevant experience for office/ hotel/ retail/ apartment/ mix-use/ urban renovation projects;
- Strong in design, contract administration and/or project management;
- Proficient in using Rhino/Grasshopper, with expertise in complex surface modeling and rationalization;
- Possess the ability to quickly conceptualize solutions and proficiently use tools such as hand-drawn sketches or AI for rapid communication;
- Proficient in cutting-edge AI tools and skilled in using Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign for outputting results;
- Fluency in written and spoken Putonghua and English.
