At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, four Aedas projects have been named Regional Nominees and will compete at the International Property Awards 2026 to be the Asia Pacific’s Bests and ultimate World’s Bests. The awards highlight the innovation and design excellence of the teams, celebrating the outstanding designs in the industry throughout the year.
1. Taoyuan NFC, Taoyuan, Taiwan (designed by Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen) – 5-Star – Best Commercial High-rise Architecture, Taiwan and Regional Nominee for Commercial High-rise Architecture, Asia Pacific Categories
2. DESMAN (Hangzhou) Headquarters Project, Hangzhou, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Dr. Andy Wen) – 5-Star – Best Commercial & Manufacturing Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Commercial & Manufacturing Architecture, Asia Pacific Categories
3. Shenzhen Chuanbu Street Shanty Town Renovation – Office Tower, Shenzhen, PRC (jointly-designed by Aedas Executive Director Kelvin Hu and Shenzhen WOWA International Engineering and Design Co., Ltd) – 5-Star – Best Commercial High-rise Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Commercial High-rise Architecture, Asia Pacific Categories
4. Hangzhou Yuhang Future Science and Technology City Mixed-use Project, Hangzhou, PRC (designed by Executive Director Fiona Chen and Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths) – 5-Star – Best Mixed-use Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Mixed-use Architecture, Asia Pacific Categories
Along with the above four Regional Nominee projects, 12 Aedas-design projects were also recognised for their design excellence.
