Francisco is a Design Director at Aedas Hospitality with over two decades of professional experience in architecture and interior design across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe.
Joining Aedas in 2026, he brings with him expertise in hospitality, mixed-use and adaptive reuse, including more than twenty-five hotels overseen from the operator side as Chief Architect for Asia-Pacific within Meliá Hotels International, and design leadership on projects in Makkah, Qiddiya, Dubai, Cairo, Lahore, Baku and Shanghai. He works from early concept through to delivery, across hotels, resorts, branded residences and the F&B within them, aligning operators, consultants and authorities around a single design intent.
Francisco leads Aedas Hospitality, a boutique design-focused line within Aedas, building the studio’s capability and reach.
